WAITRESS / HEAD WAITRESS – DUBAI

**We are ** a luxury dining and entertainment destination offering a high-energy dinner-show experience. The service style is dynamic, theatrical and fast-paced, with a strong focus on VIP guests, attention to detail and exceptional presentation.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking experienced Waitresses and Head Waitresses with a background in luxury hospitality, ideally gained within high-end restaurants, dinner-show concepts, luxury hotels or premium nightlife venues.
Previous experience in Dubai or the UAE would be a strong advantage, particularly for candidates familiar with the expectations of an international and VIP clientele.
Candidates should demonstrate:
Previous experience in a similar high-end hospitality environment.
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong guest-engagement and upselling abilities.
Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A polished appearance and excellent grooming standards.
Professionalism, energy and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evening and late-night shifts.
Good knowledge of food, beverages and luxury-service standards.
Ability to work effectively alongside entertainment and production teams.
Additional Requirements for Head Waitress
Previous experience leading or supervising a restaurant section.
Ability to allocate duties, coordinate the team and monitor service standards.
Strong problem-solving and guest-recovery skills.
Ability to train and support junior team members.
Confidence handling VIP tables and complex service situations.
Salary and Benefits
Waitress: AED 6,000 per month.
Head Waitress: AED 8,000 per month.
Service charge and tips, where applicable.
Employment visa and medical insurance.
Annual flight ticket.
Other benefits in accordance with Company policy and UAE Labor Law.
The final package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, current salary and suitability for the position.
