The Role
As a Garson, you will be at the heart of the guest experience—delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and refined service while maintaining the highest standards expected in a luxury dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and professional table service
- Present the menu confidently and guide guests through dishes and beverages
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house
- Maintain a clean, organised, and elegant service environment
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver a personalised experience
- Uphold Reikan’s service standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants
- Strong understanding of service etiquette and guest relations
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-presented, detail-oriented, and service-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus)
