Originally born in Istanbul as a pioneer of third-wave coffee, Kronotrop has officially arrived in London. Tucked into a beautiful heritage building in Shoreditch, our café is designed as a calm, beautiful urban living room where precision, hospitality, and design converge. We serve world-class specialty coffee alongside our unique "Anglo-Anatolian" bakes—bringing Turkish-inspired pastries (like our signature espresso-twist walnut baklava) to the London food scene.

In Turkey, a "Garson" is more than just a server; they are the heartbeat of the space, the ultimate host who makes guests feel like they’ve stepped into their own home. We are looking for a warm, engaging, and professional Floor Host / Garson to bring this signature Anatolian hospitality to life in Shoreditch.

What You’ll Do

Host the Living Room: Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and make them feel instantly comfortable in our space.

Tell Our Story: Present our unique Anglo-Anatolian menu, helping guests navigate our specialty coffees, teas, and house-made Turkish bakes.

Floor Management: Take orders accurately, serve food and drinks efficiently, and ensure the dining and lounge areas are always clean, tidy, and beautifully presented.

Collaborate: Work closely with our baristas to ensure a seamless, friendly, and fast-paced flow of service from the bar to the table.

Who You Are

Natural Host: You genuinely love people. You are warm, attentive, and can read the room to give every guest a personalized experience.

Experienced: You have at least 1 year of experience in a busy café, restaurant, or hotel environment.

Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things—a water glass that needs refilling, a crumb on a table, or a guest looking for assistance.

Curious & Passionate: You don't need to be a coffee expert yet, but you should be excited to learn about specialty coffee, Turkish tea culture, and our unique pastry menu.

Team Player: You have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and are always ready to help out your teammates.

Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
