The Role

As a Garson, you will be at the heart of the guest experience—delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and refined service while maintaining the highest standards expected in a luxury dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional table service
• Present the menu confidently and guide guests through dishes and beverages
• Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house
• Maintain a clean, organised, and elegant service environment
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver a personalised experience
• Uphold Reikan’s service standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants
• Strong understanding of service etiquette and guest relations
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-presented, detail-oriented, and service-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus)
