Reikan, a high-end contemporary Japanese restaurant in Bodrum, is seeking passionate and disciplined Line Cooks to join our kitchen team for the 2026 summer season.

The Role
As a Line Cook, you will work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to execute dishes to the highest standard. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where focus, discipline, and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes according to Reikan’s standards and recipes
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across every service
- Ensure your section is clean, organised, and fully prepared
- Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining precision
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures
- Support the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining experience preferred)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic English required (kitchen English is sufficient)
