Assistant Restaurant Manager / Sommelier
Location: French Restaurant, Luxury Beach Resort – Dubai
Salary: AED 12,000 all-inclusive
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager / Sommelier to help lead a French fine dining venue within a prestigious beach resort in Dubai.
You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, elevate wine service, and maintain the sophisticated yet welcoming energy that defines the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Curate and manage the wine list, conducting pairings and staff trainings.
- Supervise and mentor the front-of-house team.
- Maintain operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the overall dining experience.
We’re looking for:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Strong wine knowledge (formal sommelier certification preferred).
- Leadership experience with a hands-on, guest-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English communication; French is an advantage.
