Restaurant Supervisor – French Mediterranean Fine Dining

Join our elegant French Mediterranean restaurant in a luxury Dubai resort. We’re seeking a passionate and polished Restaurant Supervisor to oversee service operations, inspire the team, and ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable fine dining experience.

• Strong leadership & guest service skills
• Knowledge of French Mediterranean cuisine & wines

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Availability to join by the end of August or early September
• Candidates who are comfortable working in outdoor venues and hot weather
• Previous experience in upscale or high-end restaurants
• Exposure to French or Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage
• French language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
