Candidate Profile

We are seeking experienced Waitresses and Head Waitresses from luxury restaurants, fine-dining concepts, premium lifestyle venues or five-star hotels.

Candidates with previous Dubai or UAE experience are preferred, particularly those who understand the service expectations of a discerning international clientele.

Candidates should demonstrate:

Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury-hospitality environment.

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages ​​are an advantage.

Strong knowledge of refined table service and service sequence.

Good food and beverage knowledge, including the ability to explain menu items and make recommendations.

A warm, confident and guest-focused personality.

Excellent attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs.

Strong upselling skills delivered naturally and professionally.

A polished appearance and excellent grooming standards.

Flexibility to work evening and late-night shifts.

Ability to create a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

Additional Requirements for Head Waitress

Previous supervisory experience within a high-end restaurant.

Ability to manage a section and coordinate the service team effectively.

Strong leadership, training and communication skills.

Ability to monitor service quality and address guest concerns professionally.

Confidence supporting management during busy services and special events.

Salary and Benefits

Waitress: AED 6,000 per month.

Head Waitress: AED 8,000 per month.

Service charge and tips, where applicable.

Employment visa and medical insurance.

Annual flight ticket.

Other benefits in accordance with Company policy and UAE Labor Law.

The final package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, current salary and suitability for the position.
