Salary: AED 7,000 all-inclusive
We’re looking for a Head Waiter (Russian Speaker) to join the team at a refined French restaurant inside one of Dubai’s most luxurious beachfront resorts.
This role is perfect for someone who combines impeccable service standards with warm, confident hospitality — and can connect naturally with an international clientele, especially Russian-speaking guests.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver smooth, professional service in a fine dining setting.
- Guide and support the service team to maintain consistent excellence.
- Engage with guests, recommend dishes and wines, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain a polished presence on the floor and assist with VIP service when required.
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience in luxury or fine dining restaurants.
- Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- A polished, guest-first approach with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
